Tips for staying healthy and balanced, especially during the Coronavirus.  
1. Did you hug yourself today? Those in your house?
2. Did you stand up every hour & do 20 jumping jacks? 
3. Did you drink at least 8 cups of water today?
4. Did you eat mostly fresh foods in line with your biochemical needs today?
5. Did you eat 4-5 fruits and vegetables today?
6. Did you keep caffeine to a minimum?

College Students

Tips for staying healthy and balanced, especially during the Coronavirus.

 

1. Did you drink 8 cups of water?  
2. Did you hug your family and friends? 
3. Did you stand up every hour & do 10 jumping jacks? 
4. Did you take several deep breaths?
5. Did you eat something green and/or fresh?
6. Did you not drink coffee after lunch?

7. Have you been drinking in excess? (Are you drinking more days than not?)

8. Did you walk or run 1-5 miles today?

10. Did you get to bed BEFORE midnight?

11. Did you remind yourself that you're doing your best and that tomorrow you can excel even more?
