Sarah Hammond

Sarah brings uncommon energy, expertise, and skill to her work as an Executive, Life, and Health Coach. She is a certified Positive Psychology Coach, certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, helping professionals drive themselves and their teams forward. She specializes in Positive Psychology, the science of human flourishing, and applies the leading-edge science of thriving with evidence-based coaching. With over 25 years of experience, she’s been a catalyst for thousands on leading them to be their best. Sarah is also a certified yoga instructor, the mother of four outstanding humans, and has personally completed 47 triathlons.

Janna Ernst is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach affiliated with both Forward Coaching and Lakeshore Psychology Services.  She also has a Master's in Collaborative Piano and a Specialist Degree in Vocal Performing.  After working as a vocal coach with some of the world's greatest opera singers, she has expanded her clientele to include anyone needing support as they move through transitions whether they be personal or professional.

Christel founded Forward Communications over 25 years ago, a results-driven consulting firm specializing in communications, fund development, and executive coaching services. Since 1996 she has helped dozens of organizations to clearly articulate their vision, raise millions of dollars, and garner local and national attention for important issues and events. She serves as an Executive Circle Facilitator for the UW-Milwaukee Helen Bader Nonprofit Institute, and is the author of Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, a contributing author to Gratitude Infusion: Workplace Strategies for a Thriving Organizational Culture, and the mother of three fabulous humans!
